We have the following hard woods regularly available:
18” post Oak (avg width 3-4.5” w splits),
18” Pecan ( 18-19” L x 3-5” wide),
Mesquite ( 18-19” L x 3-5” wide).
Average moisture content 8-16%. NO kiln dry, no bags of chunks, but we can work on smaller or different sizes and other varietals, if demand is enough.
Operator was a chef and has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, Texas, California and NYC. Knows that cooks/chefs forget to check inventory and will check in personally weekly or bi-weekly or monthly depending on order history.
No NET anything for terms though unless you can start paying a few week sprior to delivery. Pricing is 10-20% less than residential, if weekly or bi-weekly. Let’s talk.
